Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated based on the tax laws in the state of the shipping address you provide during checkout. TaylorMade-adidas Golf is required to collect tax from online orders in most states. The tax amount shown during checkout is an estimate. The actual tax will be calculated when your order ships and will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Note that certain states charge different tax amounts depending on the types of items purchased. All taxes collected will be refunded to you if an item is returned, excluding taxes related to shipping and handling charges. If a package has not been delivered within 30 days or more, please Contact Us and send us written notice of non-receipt. Once received, a claim will be filed with UPS. If UPS can not provide a signature confirmation of delivery, the recipient will then have the option of a full credit for the purchase amount or a reshipment of the order.

Note: At this time we do not ship to addresses outside the United States, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

We offer flat-rate shipping on ground and expedited orders for your entire purchase.

Ground Shipping (3-7 days transit time): $5.99
Expedited Shipping (1-3 days transit time): $17.00

Expedited Shipping on order from two or more stores (1-3 days transit time): $34.00

Orders over 50 pounds:
Ground Shipping (3-7 days transit time): $5.99
Expedited Shipping (1-3 days transit time): $76.99

Note: If you placed an order from two or more stores, items may arrive at slightly different times.

Update Order

Once your online order has been submitted, our order fulfillment process begins and no changes can be made to your order. You may return your items for exchange or refund, subject to our Warranty Policy. If you receive a damaged or defective item from us, we will replace the product at no additional cost to you.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item, please contact Customer Service at 1(877) 860-TMAG (8624). All returned items MUST have the RA number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return. We'll notify you via email once we've received and processed the returned product(s). We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. We're sorry, but we don't credit shipping costs for returned orders. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

Exchanges

We're sorry but we do not have an exchange policy at this time. We ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item. You may return a product within 30 days of receiving your item. Please see our Return Policy.

Warranties

TaylorMade-adidas Golf stands behind every item we sell. If a problem occurs with your product and the item has been used under normal wear & usage, return your order for a replacement or refund. We'll replace your product or substitute a replacement of comparable value if the returned product is no longer available. Please contact Customer Service at 1(877) 860-TMAG (8624).

A warranty claim must be made within 30 days of your receipt of the product. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for repair from the time your item is received by us. All refunds will be credited to the credit card used to make the original purchase.
